It’s been 13 years since I started taking Lakota capsules. While working ( as a millwright) one particular job required removing about two dozen nuts from 50mm bolts, many requiring an arms length reach while After supporting a 1” drive air gun. At the end of the job ( first removing, then reinstalling) these fasteners, my wrists were toast. After several months, I was almost pain free after completing the task. It Works, But Needs Time

I have taken Lakota on and off over the years for joint pain that affected various body parts, hands, toes, shoulders, knees, and hips. You need to take it for at least 3 months to feel the effects, plus a little longer for another 2-3 months.
