Sorry, but this product hurt so much! I had pretty mild knee pain and found this in our cupboards and rolled it on the inside of my knee a couple of hours before bed. I was woken up because both of the inside of my knees were on FIRE, as if I had been scalded! I figured it must have been this product, so I used soap and water, took two aspirin, and tried to get some rest. Never again!

I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in my right hand when I was 16 years old. The Arthritis doctor wanted to prescribe a medication for which side effect was losing my eye sight possibly. I was a teen and not wanting to come across such thing as I needed my vision, I decided to not get the medication. My pain got worst and my hand swelling got worse as well as my fingers would lock in the mornings. My father discovered Lakota Joint Care.
