i purchased 1. time 14 years ago and the experience was amazing
i used it before i go to bed when my knees hurt and it was a difficult sleep because this pepper inside i think it was so hot but next morning all was away
but now i use it for my shoulder and it was like when i use it at 1. time
the pain and the tension is away mostly but this time it needs more attention because i am older and i think its an arthrose or so, the crazy thing is i think its only so hot by using it when anything is inflamated at a part of the body

It’s been 13 years since I started taking Lakota capsules. While working ( as a millwright) one particular job required removing about two dozen nuts from 50mm bolts, many requiring an arms length reach while After supporting a 1” drive air gun. At the end of the job ( first removing, then reinstalling) these fasteners, my wrists were toast. After several months, I was almost pain free after completing the task. I have continued to take the medication and am still able to work in the trade at 78 years old.

Aging issues
