i purchased 1. time 14 years ago and the experience was amazing
i used it before i go to bed when my knees hurt and it was a difficult sleep because this pepper inside i think it was so hot but next morning all was away
but now i use it for my shoulder and it was like when i use it at 1. time
the pain and the tension is away mostly but this time it needs more attention because i am older and i think its an arthrose or so, the crazy thing is i think its only so hot by using it when anything is inflamated at a part of the body
but if you sweat it becames also fired

I have been using LaKota for years and have received relief from aches and pains issues. Used to buy it at Costco but our store does not have it at this time. Good product for old guys to use!

Definitely Extra Strength: works on the most tenacious pain!

I would be truly lost with out Lakota's Extra Strength Roll-on. The rolling motion offers a small massage and the ingredients relax and reduce the pain quickly. I always have spare in the cabinet!
