Sorry, but this product hurt so much! I had pretty mild knee pain and found this in our cupboards and rolled it on the inside of my knee a couple of hours before bed. I was woken up because both of the inside of my knees were on FIRE, as if I had been scalded! I figured it must have been this product, so I used soap and water, took two aspirin, and tried to get some rest. Never again!
Waste of my money but that’s life.
Really helps relieve arthritis pain in my wrists and fingers. I don't think I would be able to continue playing guitar without it.
Used to great for my arthritic knee as well, but I finally got a knee replacement. No more pain!!
